Dr. Nitya Arora is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with five plus years of clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, and spine rehabilitation. She began her clinical journey at the prestigious St. Stephen’s Hospital, Tis Hazari, Delhi, where she worked across multiple departments—managing orthopaedic, neurological, pediatric & polio patients. This early exposure laid a strong foundation for her hands-on, patient-centered approach to care.
Following this, she led the physiotherapy wing of an orthopedic practice, working closely with surgical cases and musculoskeletal conditions. She is specialized in treating spine-related disorders using the evidence-based McKenzie approach. Over the years, she has developed deep clinical expertise in managing chronic cases like sciatica, cervical spondylosis, scoliosis, sports injuries , cervicogenic headaches, dizziness, arthritis and other conditions.
Dr. Nitya is certified in CSDN (Clinical Sports Dry Needling) , COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapy) & Mulligan Technique , and is recognized for her skills as a spine rehab specialist. She has also successfully managed neurological rehab cases, including patients with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) , Stroke, Parkinson’s and foot drop, always focusing on functional outcomes and patient-specific goals.
